Hi I'm new-hope you're all doing as well as can be :) I got back from the hospital last night after 3 days of IV steroids (1st course since dx). Had no advice about what I should be doing at/around home until follow-up appt next week. Do I need to rest up or business as usual? Em x

I'd say a bit of both. Do what you can with your capabilities, but take time to chill out too. I think you can get more tired if you just rest all the time. Well, that's what happens to me anyway. I like to be up and about! Even if it takes me 30 mins to wash a cup!

I think the same,rest if you need it but don t forget that making an effort helps.well at least it helps me..
