Is it True

Is it true that vitamin D can slow down M.S progression if you have M.S and also if my children who have not got it is it worth giving them vitamin D. I know who reads this might think me stupid but I am not bothered about more if I can keep it from my children, thankyou if you can help.

MS isn't hereditary, so don't worry too much about your children (easier said than done, I know)
