Coping with Fatigue

I have had a few hard weeks at work doing long hours and have trouble switching off at the end of the day. I need to chill out and relax but find this difficult. Need to do the hours as my partner isnt working and we are having as baby in March. Any tips on what to do to “Switch Off”??

Lavender oil is particularly good for instilling a sense of calm and aiding sleep. I spray it in my room when I’m having trouble de-stressing and I sleep like a baby.

Sleepy badger balm and the shipping forecast work for me!

Is insomnia an MS symptom? I seem to get it in blocks of a week or so, and when it’s really bad and I try to concentrate on my breathing and eventually that pushes all other thoughts out of my head and I’ll drift off. Can take hours though! I think it’s important to exercise if you can as well.
