Copaxone injection sites

Hi! Been on copax for a couple of mnths now and getting on fine with it but I do find my injection sites go quite hard/lumpy afterwards. Not sure if anyone has any tips on how to reduce these? Tonight I don't know where to do my injectn as I currently have hard tissue on my legs, back and stomach!

Hi roserouge, I'm on copaxone and am rubbish at rotating around my injection sites. I was told to rotate my thighs, bum, stomach and arms but I find my bum is the only one I don't have issues with. Arms often get lumps so I avoid, stomach and thighs hurt a bit (i'm thin so maybe the reason?) but my bum is fine and had no reaction in 3 years fingers crossed. Makes sense to rotate but can be tricky!

Thanks! I haven't done my arms yet..bit scared about that! Yeah my bum/back is deffo the best. Sorry, this sounds a bit odd but...do u inject in your buttocks? I do it like where my jeans fall (just above bum nr back hip)). Maybe it could be better lower down, what u think? My legs prob recover the quickest but the immediate reactions there r the worst so far. Thank u!!
