Bank Holiday Blues
Spent the weekend lying in a park, in between naps to recover from all that lying down. Am in relapse at the moment but things got strange on me on Friday. Dizziness, nausea, lightheadedness, fatigue. Loss of appetite too. Feels like an appalling hangover except without the fun of getting drunk.
yesterday was lovely - today is more yr classic overcast and chilly bank holiday monday. i've been in relapse for the past few weeks, tomorrow i go back to work for the first time in ages - not looking forward to the questions!!
woke up this morning to my eyes jumping all over the place. not sure if it's anything to do with the change of weather, the active weekend i had or the ms just saying hello. might put the call into my ms nurse later.
