22 years diagnosed. Still working f/t

Hi guys. My name is Colleen and I'm 52 with 2 adult children living near Belfast. Still working full time as a mental health crisis nurse in emergency department. When I was diagnosed at 29 I thought my life was over. Positive mental attitude. I get very tired, lethargic but am good physically and always have been. Optic neuritis age 22 is how I was diagnosed. First brain scan 22 years ago. Several lesions. 2nd brain scan 22 years later is on Wed week. Wish me luck. Any hints and tips for this dam tiredness?

@mumplus2 Congratulations. Naps, naps & more naps is my solution. I keep pushing myself more than I should; yet since I am on disability insurance, I get paid to nap mid-afternoon... ;-)
