A diagnosis of MS is a huge shock to the system, whether it was expected or not. So, do sit back and relax. This is not the time to do anything hasty.
Adopt a healthy, balanced lifestyle and diet, unless you already have. Don’t smoke and do some regular, but gentle exercise. And, manage your stress levels- stress can have a derogatory affect on MS.
And then do some research into your “unwelcome lodger”. But do stick with creditable websites like the MS Trust and MS Society.
