@kcshea the app is free it has a guided bubble with options for voice and speed. I’ve been doing it for close to a month now daily. It brings baseline emotional state lower, meaning stress reduction. I’ve also been doing cold showers in the morning daily. I take a warm shower for the first 10-15 minutes and then top off the last minute with full cold, starting with extremities and working my way to the core. Great guy, humble, funny. Good practices.
