I suffer badly from cramps at night so have decided to do basic leg lunges (10 on each leg, trying not to fall over) twice a day, morning and evening and take 10% strength CBD oil now.
I must say I am seeing some improvement so fingers crossed.
Before the CBD oil I would sometimes be popping paracetamols and ibuprofen before I got into bed. Washed down by a gin and tonic…………………. the pills have stopped now, not the gin 🙂
