Thanks for posting this, it prompted me to chase up my claim – form sent early May. After a 45 min wait on the line (thankfully freephone!) to the dwp, the call handler gave me the number of the Independant Assessment Service (previously ATOS?) to check where my claim is up to. Told my claim is in a queue for a tel assessment but they could offer me a cancellation appointment on Saturday morning 9.15am! Call will take about an hour & they will check Iā€™m still ok to go ahead with the assessment on Friday afternoon!
