I opted out of DMT…. I don’t eat gluten, dairy, refined sugar. I only eat eggs and fish… maybe very little chicken occasionally! Lots of greens and whole foods. I take a ridiculous amount of supplements, alpha lipoic acid, resveratrol, curcumin, pre and probiotics, D3, B12, omega 3s etc… I’ve only had 3 relapses in 10 years, though currently having my worst since DX… I would say, give your body as much of the good stuff as you can for now… I hope this helps some.
