I know exactly where you are. My recommendation is simple really……talk to someone, talk to everyone.
It has worked for me this year. So far I was diagnosed with RRMS in April, separating from my wife, moved home, see the kids less and nearly lost my job, mot to mention all the MS symptoms too.
Do you know what, I am happy. Now i have my kids regularly, jobs good and my wife and I just weren’t ment to be. Having been through all of it I now feel I can tackle anything.
Think what you have been through to date, give yourself a pat on the back from getting this far, well done you! talking helps, going to the gym if you can do that too. I also now use CBD oil, as it can help with anxiety.
I’m on ocrevus and although I’ve felt lapses coming on, I have not had one, I have managed to get control of my mind and think positive. I have found it’s all in your mind .. for me anyway.
Dont get me wrong, there have been dark times but I also know that’s not me.
As previously mentioned, write down on here your Anxieties etc.
Please feel free to message me if you have any questions too. I feel after the year I have had, i am much stronger and I would like to pass on what I have learnt from it to help others.
You have passed the first step……writing about it on here already, it’s about moving forward, not looking back. You can do it.
Onwards and upwards
