What was the tipping-point that made you realise it was time to take control?
I attended a Fatigue Management course where the various ways to make life easier and better were explained.
What adjustments did you make?
I joined the local gym and now swim every day (if I can!) I have continued with my yoga class and also started tai chi.
What advice would you give to someone struggling to find their MS Energy?
Find something that you enjoy doing, preferably out of the house, and you’ll be amazed by the results!
