Since finding my MS Energy... I got into yoga and mindfulness which help me manage my new identity and offer much more besides.

What was the tipping-point that made you realise it was time to take control?

When I realised that the only person with any control over my health …. was ME.

What adjustments did you make?

I’m taking my health more seriously: yoga, swimming, meditation and diet. Feeling the benefits so motivation high.

What advice would you give to someone struggling to find their MS Energy?

Don’t feel guilty about doing stuff that only benefits you. We deserve it! Plus our happiness benefits those around.
