Plegridy site reaction

Hi all, I'm newly diagnosed and started on Plegridy on Tuesday. It all seemed fine but yesterday I started to notice that my leg was aching and today it is starting to go slightly red. Is this normal to happen after a few days and how long does it normally last? Thanks Sarah
