Going out

I went to a local gig today and I was thinking how different your priorities are when you have MS. Pre MS days all I bothered about was the price of the booze and that they had good tunes on the juke box. If them the drinks were cheap and there was rock or meal playing, then I was a happy chap. Now...

Going out with someone with ms

I signed up to a disabled dating site to find someone who'd understand me and was compatible with me. After one day i got a message from a girl who obviously liked my profile and wanted to meet up! This girl, Jade, was (and still is) perfect for me. She appreciates the same random music as me, h...

Bladder weakness/urgency

Hi Has anybody had any successful treatment for bladder weakness/urgency? I am on medication which has helped a little but not to the degree where I would feel confident going out walking without a toilet being nearby.

Working

My self-employed, business of 14 years has gone down the drain since I became poorly with MS and I’ve been out of work for about a month and a half. I am literally going out of my head. I’ve worked since I was 16 years old and now I’m 42, so not working is a new and not very pleasant experience for ...

Something to cause a smile

My favorite childhood poem oh how I wish I was just faking now! Shel Silverstein 1930 – 1999 "I cannot go to school today," Said little Peggy Ann McKay. "I have the measles and the mumps, A gash, a rash and purple bumps. My mouth is wet, my throat is dry, I'm going blind in my right eye. My tonsil...

PIP - Any Positive Stories? Scared to Apply

Hi all, I was dx RRMS about 5 years ago and it was suggested I had probably had MS for 25 years based on clinical history. It was a big relapse needing hospitalisation that led to dx. Erectile Dysfunction

This whole thing is killing me and I’m really going out of my mind as both me and my partner are having a tough time with this and we’re reading so much into the DMTs which I’m taking etc as to how it’s playing a role in all this and I just cannot put up with much more!
