Brain fog

Hi everyone, new here just want to say hi! Also something that has been bugging me for a long time is brain fog. Drives me nuts, I mean my concentration level is for crap. It's absolutely frustrating, makes me angry. Anyone find a good way of dealing with this?

Not sure what to put, as probably have a 'Brain Fog' moment. Currently been on some medication ( I cant remember), and waiting to on Aubagio, with (fingers crossed) blood and lyphacite level being good. Legs are the worst, pains , unsteadiness.
