Hot flashes on thigh

Have any of you experienced hot flashes on tights/legs? For some time now I have had a strange feeling as if I had wet myself on my left thigh/ knee. It appeared about 3 weeks ago. First it was sporadically once every few days, now several times a day. Do any of you also have something like this?
