Coronavirus update: Due to the current pandemic, the Asics 10k has been cancelled. We’re awaiting a new date to be confirmed by the organisers. If you’re interested in taking a place, please do get in contact with us.

Join the thousands of runners winding their way through Central London together. As well as seeing some of London’s top landmarks, you’ll also run past the True Geographical Centre of London, down closed Regent Street, the Strand and Embankment, and get the best view across the river of the London Eye.

Live bands, DJs and cheering fans will keep you entertained all along the 10K route so there will be no need for headphones! Expect a mixture of music every 450m, spanning multiple genres, from reggae/funk to disco! The route will have all sorts of jam-packed entertainment and the fan hubs will keep the atmosphere alive, motivating you to the finish line. You can find out more about the event here.

So, why not run for Shift.ms? We have charity places to fill in 2020 and we’d love to have your support.

Why we need your support

Shift.ms supports 35,000 monthly users through the adjustment following a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.

MS is typically diagnosed when people are in their 20s and 30s, a time of major life decisions about relationships, family and career. The uncertainty that comes with a diagnosis of MS is isolating and overwhelming.

Your donations provide the services to ensure no MSer feels alone.

“Someone to turn to no matter how I’m feeling. I’ve also found Shift.ms gives me answers to lots of questions, people share their own journey and health tips.”

The sense of community that Shift.ms affords people of all ages, walks of life and from all around the world has made this big disease seem like a smaller part of my life.”

“When I was first diagnosed, I was scared and felt alone, as I didn’t know anyone else who had MS, and knew very little about it. Shift.ms gave me somewhere to connect with other people, and to helped to show me that I’m not the only one going through these things.”

The Shift.ms website is designed and built by MSers, for MSers.

Will the money I raise have an impact on the Shift.ms community?

Absolutely. But we’ll let our members tell you that.

“The sense of community that Shift.ms affords people of all ages, walks of life and from all around the world has made this big disease seem like a smaller part of my life.”

“I had nobody to discuss my MS symptoms with until I found Shift.ms. It offered much more than support, it also educated me as I wasn’t long diagnosed when I joined it.”

“I just wanted to say how much I love this site, I’ve learnt so much since my diagnosis. Thank u and keep sharing this site to others as I do. I have met some amazing people on this site who have helped me immensely with any queries.”
