Your opinions please

Hi guys and dolls, having RRMS at an advanced stage my disabilities are quite severe although my sense of humour and fun and love of life drive me thankfully. I’ve recently started a website called, http://www.mswarriorsandtalkmatters.com where I like to post info on my own experiences and relevant information on research findings and any issues that affect our disease and our MS journeys. I would love to here your feedback and any ideas I can implement to improve the info I’m trying to impart.
Kind regards
Paul

Hi @paulgriffiths, this is a great idea and simply set out. Are you doing it on behalf of the Doncaster branch, or separate to it? The link to the MS Explanation slides isn’t working at the moment. Also, I tried to use ‘contact me’ with a couple of suggestions but it just takes you back to the main page again. Great that you’ve used your experience to bring meaning to it and for others to benefit and enjoy too 🙂

I think your blog is fab and well worth a read!
Thank you, i especially appreciated the well written, non patronising, pragmatic, evidenced article you wrote on anti biotics.

Thank you – knowledge is power!!

Infections need to be avoided like the plague.
It’s all very well being monitored, but coupled with antibiotic resistance – well any acquired infection is a potential recipe for disaster.

As u quote “…..fell apart after my 4th round of Fluoroquinolone antibiotics in my life and some people are on their 25th round and are still oblivious to what is happening inside them until they break. It might not even be a physical one. It may be a psychotic one. By then, it’s too late. The damage is done. There is no cure. No treatment. No relief. No specialist even.”

. I had five months on strong anti biotics, including Cipro and aside from the uti eventually subsiding – it was not a pleasant experience, and has left me feeling 111 (years old – physically and mentally)

So thank you for that information- knowledge is power after all!

Thank you for existing and for taking the time to create this blog – gold star to @paulgriffiths✨⭐️🌟💫

✨♥️👍🌈🍀☮️😇✨
