Whic blood/urine test post lemtrada?

Hi all! Hope you all well and in good health!

Help! I can’t seem to find any thing on the internet and which specific blood and urine test are requested post lemtrada treatment? I recently had my 2nd round and am now changing over to have my bloods and urine test at my local GP surgery, which is new having recently moved.
My GP is unawares of this treatment and did not know which specific blood and urine test to do.
I asked my MS nurse,at CXH, and this was his response:……..
“Hi
Do the urine and blood test at the end of each month.
Regards”
Aaaaaahhhhhhhh
I think it’s
FBC
U&E’s
LFT
THYROID

is there anything else? And what kind of urine test?
My brain is dead and can not think!!!!
Please help!?!?!?🤔🤪

It’s the generic MSU test I will text my MS nurse and see if there’s a more medical name for it

That’s a great question to ask a doctor.

@cee79 , you could try giving the infusion ward, where you had the Lemtrada, a call. They should know, possibly……..

Thanks all, I eventually called the MSONETOONE service- ‭0808 118 0121‬
Who where the over the phone service that I was first linked in with when 1st administered lemtrada-Alemtuzumab.
The chap that I spoke with got in contact with the nurses, who emailed me back.

FYI:
Blood tests:
-full blood count with differential (monthly)
-Renal function test with serum creatinine (monthly)
-Liver function test (monthly)
-Thyroid function test (thyroid stimulating hormone level) (3 monthly)

Urine:
Urinalysis with microscopy (monthly)

Hope this is helpful if anyone finds them selves in the same predicament as I.

If you pm me your email I can send you the nhs guidelines that have been forwarded on to me x
