@danrb80 , Trigemnal Neuralgia (TN) is more common in MSers, but I’m not sure it would be seen as a relapse in its own right.

It would be best to talk with your MS Nurse about the best way forward. If you can’t get hold of them quickly, then consult your GP. TN is not a pain to be taken lightly.

Thank you. I have spoken to GP but unsure about relapse as TN is myelin being stripped from the trigeminal nerve, so logic says yes to relapse but i just do not know. Thanks
