There’s dfinalety something in this I think
Ucla in America are doing a 96 week 124 person trial for RRMS spms and PPMS looking at atrophy
Testosterone has been used in Alzheimer’s disease
It’s also been used and succesful in mouse models of spinal injuries
May be worth a trip to the docs to have a look?
If inflammation is slowed by dmds it could be useful as an add on, or for spms etc we know inflammation can be slowed but not progression
If this turns out to be a neuroprotective, and the results are the same again where it increased grey matter, it could be a win win

There’s a similar trial on estriol too that looks amazing!

Is that the pregnancy one? Relapse free when pregnant, I’ve heard something about that before, I think you can get it as a cream…

Yeah it’s the pregnancy hormones, they did it as an add on therapy for copaxone and it reduced atrophy and relapses
It’s neuroprotecive I think which along with something that was anti inflammatory should do the job
Until they find the full cause
