Hi, I can totally empathise. Short on help but my memory is pretty bad. I dread the words “what did you do at the weekend? Errrrr. I need prompts and then I remember everything. My cognitive impairment is my biggest concern tbh. My husband says Ive changed since I started meds. But is it just MS? Or everything? Keep a diary to see if it worsens perhaps? It can be embarassing for sure.

My speech therapist said when your mind won’t let you a peek the Word you want to deal it is ok to use a word that has same or similar meaning. Ex.word attractive can become pretty or we put together. #well put together. Can become pretty or beautiful etc. That is word memory. Jotting down notes helps me with task etc
