Good morning everyone! I have been going through a horrible battle with anxiety, I can’t figure out what is causing it I have been working with a therapist but unfortunately she was not helpful in any way (picked the wrong person) I started to read a book I found, while doing research. ITS Clled MS AND YOUR FEELINGS by Allison Shadday. WoW!!! I,m so impressed and it has already been very beneficial it has great experiences and exercises to help us and our families.
