Sick of it

I have had awful pain in my back and hips and just the general pelvis area for a long time now I’ve been given amertriptaline for pain but I’m very sure this pain is different than my normal MS pain it’s a chronic dull pain that’s always there it’s effecting my walking and I can’t sit up for a long period of time I’ve had a mri on the area to see what’s going on but I don’t see my neurologist until May I’m going to ring his secretary to see if she can tell me anything on Wednesday when I see my mum but my neurologist doesn’t think it’s MS either he thinks I need to see a otherpedic person I just needed to write it all down sorry for going on

@binx , I may have covered this before but a decent neuro-physio would be able to make an informed assessment for you………

Nice new picture. 😉

@binx – Sounds like my experience with sciatica which I have on occasion my physio who’s an orthopaedic specialist sorted me out quite easily with some posture changes xxx

Hey @binx

Sorry to hear you are having this, it sounds horrible. You have been so brave with what you have been through, as always listen to the wise ones on here. I just wanted to wish you well, keep your spirits up, you know how unpredictable this can be so hopefully pain free time will be round soon!

I love your new puppy!

Big hugs ?

Dear @binx

I have a feeling I have pretty much the same feeling…gnawing and never goes away. I tried amatrip. too, but had to give it up as I needed to sleep so much. My GP gave me a blood test for ovarian cancer or similar, as I wasn’t even sure if it was groin pain, bone pain or women’s-stuff-pain.

Hopefully you get some decent help and please do contact me if you find the silver bullet for this. I will request a friendship with you so I can contact you if I magically find the said silver bullet!

Take care, lucyh xx
