Not for me – but high sugar foods make things worse!


I think, for me, its actually a hydration thing. Ive got to be so careful to ensure plenty of WATER in-take every day else my brain goes fuzzy. Of course, salty foods exacerbate this need so Im careful not to over-do the daily salt consumption and since Ive become conscious of this my health has been MUCH better 🙂
