RRMS progress to progressive

Hey Crew.

Just wanna see if anyone has switched from RR to the Progressive form of MS.
After 10 years with RRMS I’m finding I have progressed further in the disease. Anybody here feel the same way or have thoughts on it?
Best, Jorge

Hi
I was told I have transitioned to spms about a month ago. This was confirmed by my neurologist following close monitoring for around 18months. I have been having regular mri scans due to being on Tysabri and these showed no new lesions or activity. Despite this my condition was showing deterioration.
I cant complain though as my first MS flare was in 1996 so I feel I have been lucky. Despite this, the confirmation my ms is progressing has been a shock and its knocked my confidence a little. Im sure I will soon pick myself up again though
Take care
Sarah
