pain in the left arm

Hello everyone hope everyone is fine.. my question is l am having pain in my left arm, exactly the same pain l used to have before l was diagnosed. l have been on avenox injection once a week..then why am l still having this pain..
does this mean that lesions are still active and making their way .. to another attack..
does this mean that the drug is not effective enough or not controlling it ..?
MANY THANKS TO YOU ALL WHOEVER ANSWERS..

@zulfihan , the purpose of DMDs are to reduce the frequency and severity if future relapses.

What this means is that any existing damage to our Central Nervous System (CNS) is always going to be there. And, being MS, it will always make us aware of this fact when we do anything that upsets it.

We have to try and manage ourselves so that we minimise the effects of this damage, by not over-doing things or getting stressed.
