Hi I’m stephiehow I was told in November my MRI showed ms I’ve been having the nerve pain in my feet and hands with numbness or tingling for a few years . I’m now getting the fatigue and muscle spasms plus my left side seems to be really weak . I can’t get into the nerogolist until April. Any suggestions would help . I’m trying to get by normally until I can see the neroglist.

@stephiehow , there are a few prescription medications that you could ask your Doctor for :-

Gabapentin, or Pregabelen, or Amitriptyline for the nerve pain.

Baclofen for the spasms. But, beware of the dosage. It is a muscle relaxant and too much and it can exacerbate any weakness.

Stretching exercises may help with the spasms.

And finally, fatigue. there’s not a lot that can be done with this, apart from try and manage it. Although in America, you may be able to get a script for Fampyra (Fampridine), although this doesn’t work for everybody…………
