Neurologist today

It has been 6 months & I finally meet my loser specialist once again. I will try to be respectful while demanding a neck MRI. I have been 100% correct every step of the way, yet been ignored until…

Oh well, life goes on…

As expected; almost a complete waste of time.

Ocrelizumab has been approved in Canada (I already knew that); I am one of three patients he is recommending get approved for treatment so we will wait and see…

He believes surgery on my spine is a complete waste of time but will forward my request to my Surgeon. And my next appointment with him is in six months from now…

Methinks they are just collecting paychecks waiting for me to die…

Please get yourself a different neurologist!
My 1st one did not bother to see me in the 5 days I was in hospital follwing a collapse (he works in the same hospital & was on shift)., then when I did get to see him, I was given the diagnosis of SPMS & an appointment for 14 months time, no advice, no anything. I vowed that I would make the same effort as him to see me (none) & requested a different one after a wait I have one & a different nurse (don’t get me started on her!) It pays to complain! Things are now slowly starting to happen, I hope they will for you! Best Wishes xx.
