MS doesnt stop you. It makes you fight.

MS doesnt stop you it makes you fight harder!

Today after two years of struggling, and only six weeks ago being hospitalised with anaphylaxis due to a slow reaction to Tecfidera, I ran a 10k race in 1.08. There were no podium finishes, no personal bests and no records broken but i crossed that finish line without walking. Heres to further, faster and better (right after ive topped up the batteries and can get off the sofa…)

Very impressive, lil*h. Endurance is a major issue for me since my relapse a year ago, even tho I’m maintaining a regular exercise routine. But I can look to you for inspiration.

Well done, I completed a 5k a few weeks ago after a few bad months which left me not being able to collect daughter from school which is a five minute walk away. My next will hopefully be a 10k.
