Hi @tehmina and welcome.

Yes, there are exciting developments in the MS treatment field around the world. One area of great hope is in the area of Stem Cell Transplant, which can halt disease progression and may allow some MS damage to be recovered. It all depends on the variant of MS and age.

You did not mention on which drug he is or has been, Obviously, healthy eating, regular exercise and medical treatment are our choices.. nothing much more than we could do. Also diseases progress depends on the aggressiveness of his MS.

He needs to go to the MS specialist and get the latest drugs, certain drugs are not available in every country around the world. Drugs efficacy level is important,, so please check that.
thanks

Hello @tehmina, it’s nice of you to come on here for your brother. How old is he?

@tehmina
Sadly i don’t think there is à drug that stops ms from going to spms but from what i have reaf cladribine stem cells and lemtrada could be most effective.
