The incidence of mitochondrial injury in MS is something that has been considered over the last 5 years or so. MitoQ is one such supplement that may help.

Try googling “mitochondria and MS” to find out more.

It is just another research thread, which may be a part of that jigsaw puzzle which is MS. 😉

I am on MitoQ since spring 2013. Started DiMethylFumarate (Tecfidera) in January 2013 and those two together have helped me A LOT. The constant forgetting has gotten significantly less severe, can concentrate better. Able to work again, even if there is limit as to how much ‘intellectual work’ I an deliver per day.
PS: Besides other things I am taking 5.000 IU of vitD daily since 10 years already.
