living well with ms?

Has anyone had ms for a long time and had minor symptoms or hardly any relapses and our living life well and happy, what do you take vitamins diets any tips to keep ms on the lowww lol I would love to hear about X

You are looking for me. 25 years MS. Healthy food, exercise , no stress and vit.D irregularly 2000 iu/day. Some MS are not too bad. My magic words is. ” it is what it is. It could be worse”.

I know someone who has had it for over 30 years and has now progressed to secondary progressive. He’s doing extremely well with hardly any symptoms. He says it’s probably due to working out and he tries to eat healthy.

Well I wasnt daignosed so lobg ago
Was saudi 17 years old highschool student
Girl
Lost sight in 2005
Graduated highschool 2006
Finished uni 2011
Moved to scotland alone stayed there 2,5 years studied English and volunteered at citizens advice while studying
Returned to my country 2014
Or maybe 15 cant remember

Done transplants in my eyes
Planning to do it in the other eye
Have a job in ny country now evening shift
During all the time I described above
I was off treatments Nd vitamins
I was anxious
But few months ago I started Gilenya
In 2014 I developed atrophy
In scotland I hate to mention it to abyone but I smoked for short time

Im still not disabled
No one know I suffer MS but my family and manager at work

Hi thanks for asking I did corneal transplant couple of years ago and contact implant in same eye after a year
Now i see perfect in this eye 100%
But still planning to do the same operations in the other eye
Its due to cornea condition i suffered for 13 years

No smoking, no alchohol, no pup no processed meat, no premaid souces, not eating too much specially before sleeping, too much fruit and vegetables, one small cup of milk before going to bed And spice of Love to whatever I’m eating to the people who know them and keep bothering them with my disease.

I do all that but im allergic to more than one type of fruit each year i get allergic to anither type
Nit a big water drinker
Not processed meat eater
But cant resist kebabs from whatever place hehe if they looked fresh
No smoking no drinking
Allergic to herbs and peppery food i didnt used to be allegic to anything before
I drink milk with no count at anytime
I gotta follow a proper diet

@melmel1 you could look at the OMS [overcoming MS] website to read about lifestyle recommendations including diet, there are also personal accounts there.
there are of a number of auto immune/anti allergy diets online but many of them are hard, even wacky, just imo 😉
