Is that normal for RRMS

I feel pain and it never stops one seconds in my knees, legs and ankles for over 10 years
Its a neuropathic pain right?
Neurologist once said no its due to low vitamin D
The pain is just like I just went up down a mountain
Worst once I open my eyes from sleep
