I am going for hypnotherapy on Tuesday. He has read about it helping us, I think re finding new pathways for troublesome stuff. I am hoping to improve me balance / stamina. Anyone else any experience / thoughts? Jx

I’ve tried self hypnotherapy.. It can certainly have a mental effect, going on to the physical.. Mind over matter and all.

This wasn’t for MS related things but I’ve found it pleasant and somewhat productive.
