How do you measure your progress?

Last week, I commuted to work viavtrain for 4 days in a row (I had Friday off) which involves a LOT of walking – by my standards!! This week, I fully intend to do all 5 days!
In January, I was so unwell, I was walking around the house holding on to the walls!

I am definitely improving! Thank you Lemtrada!

@gates1989

Awesome to hear this.

I personally bought a Fitbit when I started my recovery. I went from a few hundred steps a day when I was first recovering.
It’s been good to help me see my progress over the 9 months. It also tracks my sleep and activity too.

So would def recommend one . The model I have is Alta HR.

Hope the recovery continues,
