Hello

Hello, I am always feeling tired and never feel like I have any energy to do anything. It be 16 years in September I have been diagnosed. What can help me with the tiredness? X

Hey.

I know what tiredness can be like but have you had your b12 and Vit d levels checked? I know you’ve no energy to do anything but sometimes getting out for a walk or some light exercise really helps with the tiredness, actually makes me feel alot better 😊.

Stretches and light exercise also give me a boost and if I start feeling tired in the middle of the day a 5 to 20 minute nap does wonders. I saw in your last posts that you aren’t sleeping very well. Did you buy a white noise machine? I read a scientific article how different background noises can help you concentrate, study or sleep. The machine I bought was only $20 it has all of the different sounds they talked about. I only use the white noise for sleeping, we even have one with us when we travel and leave one on for the dog. He is also use to the white noise to sleep by. Potter
