@nutshell88 , it’s like any complementary therapy, you have to be your own judge as to whether it provides any benefit to you.

@nutshell88 , as long as you feel there is a benefit to you, then that’s OK. πŸ˜‰

Yes I have done it. I don’t agree with the commercialisation of hijama (there’s a cupping store in every town & they make very good money out of it.)
Did you find it beneficial? It certainly helps with my fatigue. But even if it didn’t help I would continue to have hijama done as it’s a sunnah.

yes @lemtrada-uk
The main reason why I did and will do it again inshallah is because its sunnah.
it reduced the fatique
made me able to swim again in a pool even better than nefore and now i go down stairs pretty quick it was the worst part of my MS
i dont deny my legs still feels a bit heavy. i hope when i do it again thru get better.

@nutshell88

The acupuncture people who did me also did a lot of cupping in me. It was predominantly done across the shoulder blades and down my spine where the energy channels ran.

If you’re planning on low cut and backless tips for the summer be ready for some strange questions about the uniform bruises πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
