Hey all! I was wondering if anyone had advice about getting back to being active. Since my diagnosis in June of last year I have completely stopped doing any type of exercise. I wanted to get back into it but I am not sure what would be a good starting point. Before my diagnosis I walked and did some yoga here and there but now that my balance is way off I’m scared to do yoga and walking is fine its just that I look like a drunk person sometimes walking and I tend to trip a lot. I was told to do water aerobics, has anyone given that a try and do you like it? any and all suggestions are welcome!!
