I have a lot of vegetable smoothies and take two tablespoons of flaxseed oil a day. Basically I try to avoid saturated/trans fats, snacks and processed foods etc.

Check out the OMS diet, I’ve been on a modified version of it for a while and it seems to be doing the job 🙂
