As a physio, who is now retired due to MS, I have found that swimming is a really good way to work my core muscles. You need your middle to stay afloat and swim. I also do other exercises in the pool. Other than that walking across our mattress (currently on floor) is a good one!

pilates does it for me.

I agree with CBeebies. Swimming is a great idea. You can move with so much more freedom than in normal gravity.
