Cold(er) ? Does it help?

I notice that after my noon shower that my legs donโ€™t work well for a few hours. I changed my schedule by making the bed and whatnot before shower. After shower was a struggle. I have heard that hot showers and MS donโ€™t mix well. I am going to take a cooler shower and experiment. Any thoughts?

@smack , anything that raises our core body temperature can cause us problems.

Try less hot next time. ๐Ÿ˜‰

@smack
I have the same problem with numbness. It can be completely gone in my left leg, but comes back in the hot shower & goes away after I get cooled off for a bit.
