Clumsy moments with a blade

I am making a delicious coq au cider which was going well till I sliced my right index finger. After stemming the blood for 30 minutes I got stuck back inand it wasnt just the carrots that got peeled. Goodbye tip of left index finger 😲 so cross with myself for silly mistakes. Should I blame MS or is there a clumsy/vacant gene?! And more importantly does this mean I can hang up my oven gloves 😉

@novemberrain , don’t look back, to apportion blame.

Look forward, to ensure you don’t do it again………. 😉

Hope the meal was tasty and worth it.

And if cooking is what you like doing, do it even more! I think it’s important to do what we enjoy for as much of the day as possible – even if there are sometimes unintended consequences….

@cameron cooking gah. I like gardening, loud music and cycling amongst other things. Much less dangerous too 😊 I agree, do what you love. But for me, cooking is near the bottom. I’d rather wash up tbh
