@californiadreamin , there’s 13 episodes! Which one(s) do you recommend?

@stumbler I liked dr amen and dr perlmutter in particular. The last one is worth glancing at just for the concept. My wife follows oms so the one on coconut oil was interesting. If oms didn’t work I would surely consider that. That the one on the superfood which is coconut oil.

My recommendation would be watch the first part of each and then move on. Most of the concepts are a bit repeated within each.

Some take aways that are worth mentioning:

Exercise is help at any age and ability. The key is to force your body into rebuilding mode. Doesnt matter what your level is, the benefit is in pushing your body, because thats what drives the healing.

There are multiple ways to fuel the brain and these ways make a difference in your tiredness and overall feeling.

There are very modifiable risk factors to most brain diseases and their progression.

The above seem obvious but just a lot of specific information that shows its worth trying something no matter what stage you are at.
