Just curious if anyone incorporates Aloe Vera as part of their diet? I know it’s long considered highly in some circles for nutritious/medical value.
Recently in my trawling round job interviews (tough enough without MS fatigue) I’ve grabbed Aloe Vera water to hydrate and avoid the temptation of grabbing a Coke and caffeine.
I’ve found it very refreshing/energising (more so than fruit juice etc.) and so will seek it out in the future!
