Alcohol = heavy legs?

Has anyone else ever experienced a horrible heavy tingly sensation in their legs/arms when they drink alcohol? Literally 10 seconds after I take a sip of cider it starts in my legs, irs so uncomfortable. If I’m out for the night and keep drinking it always goes away it’s just the first drink and it’s worse when I’m warm like when I was in Thailand I got it a lot more than at home.
Just wondering if this is common??

@sophia_gaston , I wish I could answer your question, but I gave up all alcohol when I became unable to walk a straight line when stone-cold sober! 😕

Is it all alcohol? I’m just wondering whether it could be the sugar in cider. Just a stab in the dark.

Nothing tingly when I drink, just more wobbly after 9/10 pints (hic hic)

Then headache next day n my body is struggling to come round.

Don’t do it anymore . Just a few cans at home at weekend

I have a problem when drinking real ale. Lager, gin and wine doesn’t seem to have the same very quick hit I get from real ale. One time before being diagnosed I couldn’t walk after 2 pints …thought it hilerious at the time 🤷‍♂️
