Can’t say I understood a word of that article, but if it’s an excuse to eat more curry, it works for me!

Heheh, is a bit too complicated an article! All I know is that having half a teaspoon in my porridge and banana in the morning allows my tremors to be calmer and I’m now able to go gym. (You could even add half a teaspoon to your serving of curry!)

Hello, I was advised by my consultant to drink tonic water if my legs got twitchy. It really seems to work (especially if you add gin!). I have a small can before I go running and it seems to help. Apparently it’s the quinine in it. Thank you for the advice about turmeric. Shall put it on my porridge tomorrow and give it a try :0)

A small can of Gin? I think you may have a small problem 😉
