Building on the Tavistock Institute service evaluation from 2013, Shift.ms wish to commission an evaluation framework that will measure the organisation against its desired outcomes:
– Reduced isolation, anxiety and depression for people recently diagnosed with MS (MSers)
– MSers coming to terms with their diagnosis and adapting to a life with MS
– MSers increasing their knowledge and confidence to make positive choices about their health, lifestyle and future
The evaluation framework will provide Shift.ms with a series of measurements and processes to integrate into our organisation, that will track, on an ongoing basis, the impact of the service on the lives of its members.
Please read the commissioning brief when considering an application.
Costed proposals should be submitted to [email protected] by 5pm on Friday 16th December 2016.
Chosen partner will be notified by Friday 13th January 2017.
